By creating a MenuMindBot account — including Continue with Google or Continue with Apple — you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. The service is for restaurant and food-truck operators. You must be 18 or older to open an owner account.
We host a public menu page and a chatbot that answers from the menu you provide. Guests scan a QR code — no app to install. You are responsible for keeping dishes, prices, allergens, hours, and location accurate.
You can download PNG, SVG, and print-ready PDFs for tents, table-talker cards, and stickers. We are not selling printed products on the site right now.
Pro accounts can run more than one location from the same login, use a custom domain, and archive or restore a location. Archived locations leave the live site until you bring them back. Deleting an archived location cannot be undone.
You keep ownership of your menu, photos, and profile. You grant MenuMindBot a license to host, display, and process that content so we can run the public page, QR, chatbot, analytics, and the features you turn on (including menu reading and Edit with Imagine). If you delete an item, a location, or the account, we stop using that content except as the privacy policy allows for legal records.
Header photos, dish photos, and gallery photos must be of your place and your food. Do not upload photos or text you do not have the right to use. Edit with Imagine is on Pro (10 photo edits a month). It is meant to polish a real photo of the dish, not to invent food that is not on the plate.
The bot is instructed not to invent dishes or prices. It can still be wrong if the stored menu is wrong or incomplete. It is not medical, legal, or allergen advice — guests with allergies should confirm with staff. If you hide location on the live page, the bot will not give that address to guests.
Chat answers and Imagine edits are generated with SpaceXAI / xAI from the menu or image you provided for that request. Outputs can be wrong. Check them before you publish.
Starter is free: one location, up to 10 dishes, a QR, and a basic chatbot. Growth and Pro are free for 14 days. A card is required, and it is charged in US dollars through Stripe when the trial ends, unless you cancel. Annual plans are billed as 10 months. You can unsubscribe from Billing in the dashboard. Canceling returns the account to Starter right away.
Dish photos and the gallery are on Growth and Pro. If you go back to Starter, those photos are removed from every location on the account. The header photo stays unless you delete it. You can subscribe again later, but you will need to upload photos again.
Card updates can also be made in the Stripe customer portal. We do not store full card numbers. If we later offer a native app on the App Store or other app stores, digital subscriptions purchased in that app may be billed by that store under its rules, which can differ from Stripe on this website.
If someone signs up with your link and starts Growth or Pro, including the trial, you may earn a free month. Self-referrals do not count. MenuMindBot can refuse abuse.
Don’t impersonate another restaurant, scrape other menus into the bot, or abuse the chatbot. Don’t use the service for anything illegal. Don’t post content that is pornographic, that sells weapons, tobacco, illegal drugs, or stolen goods, or that promotes hate or violence. Guest pages stay white-labeled except a small Powered by MenuMindBot line.
If a live page or the bot is being misused, email contact@menumindbot.com with the page address. We can hide or remove a page that breaks these terms.
You can delete your account from Settings in the dashboard, or by emailing contact@menumindbot.com. Deletion cancels a paid Stripe plan, then removes the account, locations, menus, photos, and guest questions we are not required to keep. That cannot be undone.
Continue with Apple and Continue with Google are optional ways to sign in. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of MenuMindBot and do not endorse this service. Apple, the Apple logo, and Sign in with Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and the bot can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, MenuMindBot is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, or for guest reliance on a menu or bot answer you stored.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Either of us can end the account; you can delete it as described above.
